Twelve sessions. Six months. One community.

Two sessions a month, every other week, for six months. Each session pairs a 30–40 minute lecture with a live plant-based cooking demonstration. Same time. Same place. Same group of men growing together.

How It Works

A simple structure.

Format
Lecture + live demo
Each session opens with a 30–40 minute lecture from a clinician, followed by a live plant-based cooking demonstration led by Ebony Tree Farms. You watch each dish come together step by step and taste it after.
Cadence
Every other week
Two sessions per month, biweekly, for six months. The schedule is published in advance so you can plan around it. Sign-up is for the whole cohort, not individual sessions.
Outcome
Graduation & the app
The final session is a graduation celebration. The ZIP to Zest toolkit is yours from day one — available digitally via QR code, with printed copies for anyone who requests one. At graduation, every participant receives free access to the ZIP to Zest app.

A note on commitment

The program works because the men who join show up — not just for themselves, but for each other. We ask that participants commit to all 12 sessions when they enroll. Life happens; if you miss one, we work with you. But if you know you can’t make most of the dates, please hold the spot for another man who can.
